My Story

Over the years, I've had to rebuild, relaunch, and rethink many times, from starting in real estate during the boom of 2004, to almost losing everything when the market crashed in 2008. If it's one thing I've gotten really good at, it's THINK RECREATE.

When the real estate market crashed, we almost lost everything. We almost lost our house, our car and our marriage. It was one of the lowest times of my life. I had no idea how I would rebound. I didn’t realize the importance of staying positive, keep moving and asking for help.

After several years of struggle, unintentionally working with Probate clients helping them liquidate their estate, trying to figure things out, I finally got refocused and Probate found me. In 2019 I decided it was time to be intentional about Probate as a niche for my business. I got Probate Certified, CPRES.

Having lots of success building my Probate business, other agents started asking how could they get into Probate, what’s my system and could I show them? I of course was glad to help. In the process of helping, I developed my process systemized in a simple format that was easy to implement.
